Big Free Time is for teams who want to step away from screens, spend time outdoors, and reconnect without anything feeling forced. It works particularly well for leadership teams and close knit groups.
Not at all. We use e-bikes so everyone can ride together, and those who want a little more support can simply turn up the motor. Our routes are intentionally off-road to naturally slow the pace, with regular stops to take in the views and catch up.
Safety really matters to us. We choose calm, scenic routes, keep groups small, give clear briefings, and stay with the group throughout. We’re fully insured for corporate events.
We offer half day, full day, and multi day experiences. Most teams join us for a full day, but we can easily adjust the ride to fit around meetings or offsite sessions if needed.
We cost each experience individually, based on group size and the type of extras you’d like to build into the day. Just let us know what you have in mind and we’ll put together a bespoke quote.
